The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the mattress in our room was incredibly comfortable. the staff at the reception were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel's location near the port and in a picturesque area was also a great advantage.
The cleanliness of our room was not up to par. We encountered hair, dust, and spiderwebs on the bed and noticed a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning.

The hotel location was perfect for my business trip, very close to the port and it had easy access to public transportation. The guy at the reception was amazing, always helpful and made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. , the mattress was one of the most comfy ones I've ever slept on.
The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory, especially the bedclothes and the spider webs around the room. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, making it challenging to connect to the internet and respond to messages promptly.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was amazing, as it was conveniently close to the Port. It made it so easy for me to explore the beautiful surroundings, especially the picturesque location of Warnemunde. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with a super cozy mattress that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud.
